Sigur Rós

I fell in love with Sigur Rós the first time I heard Starálfur in the film 'The Life Aquatic With Steve Zissou' many, many years ago.

Their music can be uplifting, heartbreaking and always awe inspiring.

I finally got to see them perform some of their post rock songs at Wasing Estate, Berkshire and it was the most wonderful, best quickest hour and a half of my life.
